2015 Favorites – Portraits

It’s that time of year when everyone begins to anxiously look forward to the start of a brand new year! It’s a blank slate to set new goals, create new habits, get in shape [just kidding – does anyone actually follow thru on that one?]. I love this time of year! January is typically my slowest month of the year & I love all the “background” stuff that I suddenly have time to tackle! Updating my website, setting new goals for 2016, planning out new projects – I love it!

As much as I love looking forward to 2016 though, I love looking back over 2015 as well! I’ve shot more engagements, weddings, and portraits this past year than I have ever shot in the past! 2015 has been an AMAZING year! That being said – picking out favorites from 2015 has been more challenging than ever! Last year, I split my favorites post into three parts & decided to carry on the same way this year!

Each image has such a unique and beautiful story. I wish I could sit down and tell you all about every person and every session I photographed this year, there are so many good stories! You’ll have to take my word for it though, since that would be the world’s longest coffee date! I’ll simply let the images do the talking! So, here they are! In absolutely no particular order: my top favorite family, maternity, newborn, kid, and senior portraits from the year 2015!
