I haven’t “entered” an I Heart Faces challenge in a long time – I used to participate all the time when the challenges were on a weekly basis – but these monthly ones I just seem to miss out on!! Not this month though! With October being breast cancer awareness month – their theme is the color PINK! I instantly thought of this picture I took of my niece while we were in Virginia Beach this summer. I love how it so perfectly captures who she was at 6 months old: bottom lip sucked in, eyes bright, attentive and ready to see what the world has to offer.
