What do you do when you’re big family vacation in Georgia is over and you have to drive home?
Stop at Carowinds for a few hours, of course!
Even though we spent just a few hours at Carowinds one weekend, and then a few more hours the next weekend – those few hours were truly some of the best times we’ve had in the park! Early entry FOR THE WIN – meaning we got multiple rides in on Thunder Striker the first weekend and Copperhead Strike the next weekend!
We also ride the brand new Snoopy’s Racing Railway – a super fun kiddie launch coaster – but the HIGHLIGHT of our time was witnessing our son conquer his fear, ride Wilderness Run, process his ride, and then decide to ride again, and again, and again.
Carowinds is a really beautiful park with some of our favorite roller coasters – I’m so glad our Georgia vacation allowed us to bookend our time with stops at Carowinds!
As promised: my FAVORITE new shoes are linked HERE.
And because – what’s a blog post without photos – here are just a few (these are a mix of iPhone snaps & photos taken with my “big” camera).
