Kayla + Charlie // Vestal & Binghamton, NY // Engagement & Wedding Photographer

I just knew that Charlie & Kayla were perfect, not only for each other, but for me when I asked how they met & their response was: “We met each other at Target.” Instantaneous love right there folks.

Kayla had just moved to the area and transferred to the Target here. One of the first people she was introduced to at work was this guy named Charlie. His introduction was simple: “Oh, that’s Charlie – you’ll love him – everyone does.” Charlie was the electronics manager and he just had this thing – everyone has a different name for it: charisma, people skills, a great sense of humor, the X factor. Everyone simply loved him, and before she knew it, Kayla loved him too. The difference came when Charlie began to take notice of the tiny little athletic girl with the huge smile and he began to love her too.

The transition was made from, “co-worker” to “boyfriend/girlfriend” and finally to “fiancee” and they’ve planned a spectacular rustic themed wedding for next summer which I am completely pumped to be a part of! In preparation for their wedding, we got together last weekend for some engagement photos. We had a blast traipsing around their backyard & Otsiningo Park in Binghamton, New York.
