This is our experience, as a family of 4 (with younger kids) at Cedar Point’s Halloweekends Halloween event. (Spoiler alert: we had an AMAZING day!)
We love Cedar Point, but we’ve never experienced their Halloweekends – until last weekend!
We’ve always heard that Cedar Point gets CRAZY busy during their Halloween events, so that has kept us away – plus, we aren’t really “scare” people – Derrick and I have never been into the haunts and scary stuff, and our kids DEFINITELY are not! But when we saw that Cedar Point was open during the DAY on Fridays, giving us a chance to get in, enjoy the park, and get out before the scare stuff starts – we decided to give it a go.
And WOW are we glad we did! We had such an incredible time! Lines were short at the beginning of the day, so we were able to ride more than we usually do on a full day at Cedar Point – plus the park has TONS of activities specifically geared to KIDS!
We loved all the decor, atmosphere, and attention to detail Cedar Point put into their event – we might just have to make this one of our new traditions!
Of course, what is a post without photos? Here are a few of the highlights of our trip both from my iPhone 14 Pro and “big” camera (I have a Canon R6).
