I might be biased, but I think these are some of the most gorgeous senior photos ever, mostly because I think the girl in them is so incredibly amazing. I might be a little biased in that statement too, since she’s my sister, but, com’on! That’s my job as a big sister, to be biased, right?
Emma is simply fabulous.
Every bone in her body is creative – she loves to sew, create, & repurpose clothing, she has an incredible eye for stylizing things (clothing, gallery walls, furniture layouts), she can draw & sketch like nobody’s business, and never challenge her to paint you anything because she will blow your mind with what she comes up with (so, maybe you should challenge her!) One of these days, we’re going to go shopping together, and I’m going to have her pick out a few outfits for me & I’m just going to buy them with no questions asked.
Back in the fall, we did a little “mini” senior session down at our family’s lake house on Deep Creek Lake, in Maryland. But, with her graduation party coming up soon (just over a month away, what?!) we wanted to take just a few more photos for some variety! A “few” more photos turned into 3 outfits and 2 locations, but hey – that’s what having a big sister as a photographer is for, right?
And then, right in the middle of our shoot, we found this tiny baby guy! He was just a little ball of fur, hiding under a leaf, and Emma couldn’t help but show him a little love before she put him somewhere safer!
