//one of Braelynn’s newborn photos! She’s 7 days old here!
It’s so hard to believe that just 6 weeks ago, we hadn’t met this sweet little princess yet.
Because now, she seems like she’s been a part of our lives forever.
The time has gone by so incredibly fast, I have no idea where the days have gone.
From the 15 hours that I was in labor, to the 2 days we were in the hospital, to the 5 times we have been to the doctors, the last 5 weeks + 1 day have been amazing.
The days have been filled with overflowing joy as well as hardships [who knew that nursing could be such a challenge?]. But, it has been incredible. I never knew I could love such a little person so deeply. And seeing other people love her just as much, only makes me love her more.
She is such a joy – all she has to do is look up at your with her enormous blue eyes & your heart will melt into a puddle on the floor. Her Daddy already can’t handle it – meaning we’re in big trouble in the years to come!
So, she is here! I promise not to overload the blog with too many Braelynn posts! But, if you simply cannot get enough of her [I mean, who could?!], I can’t make any promises about my Instagram feed – follow me @karabbey
PS: if enough people ask – I’ll post her birth story. I know it might not be something that everyone would want to read, but I know how incredible it has been to read some of my favorite bloggers’ birth stories! So, if you want it – leave me a comment below & I’ll consider posting it!
