It’s that time of year again – it might still feel like summer outside, but the calendar has been flipped to SEPTEMBER and fall is right around the corner!
And that means it’s time for my annual fall mini session day!
These sessions are the perfect time to snag some updated photos of you and your spouse, maybe you’ve added a fur-baby or a (real) baby to your family since the last time we saw each other, or maybe you simply need some updated photos for your Christmas cards and to give as gifts – this is the PERFECT time to do that!
THE DETAILS
location: White Oak Park
date: Sunday, October 1, 2023
cost: $175
These sessions will be about 30-minutes long, and in that time I will take a variety of images that include different poses: both candids and formals. I’ll bring those images home, edit them, and then deliver them to you via digital gallery. You will receive at least 30 digital images (but we all know I’m a chronic over-shooter!) along with the printing rights to those images.
The available time slots for these sessions are:1:00pm

I will be scheduling these sessions on a first-come-first-serve basis. These time slots usually book up pretty quickly, so if you want in on the fun, don’t wait!
One last note: I have quite a few weddings and engagement sessions already booked for this fall, so outside of this mini-session day, I WILL NOT be scheduling “stand-alone” family portrait sessions. My calendar is already packed and mini-sessions are simply the most efficient and effective way I can offer family sessions.
Starting now, all the way up until the first or second week of December, I get inquiries on a very regular basis for family portraits. Everyone wants photos in the fall (I mean, why not? It’s gorgeous!) but unfortunately, I can’t photograph everyone. Family portraits are not the focus of my business (I never advertise myself as a “family photographer”) but the natural progression of life is that after a couple gets engaged and married (and we become good friends through that process) – they have families and still need photos! Hosting a day of mini-sessions is simply the best way for me to serve as many families as possible, without losing my sanity in the fall.
