ANNOUNCING: ERT with Derrick and Kara | Season 3, Episode 1

We’re back! Happy start of Season 3!

Did you know that Derrick and I do a bi-weekly “podcast” show on his YouTube channel?
(Well, we do.)
We simply sit down and talk about all things roller coasters and amusement parks! If you’re into that, we’d love to have you tune in and listen to our conversation!

We started “ERT with Derrick and Kara” two years ago, kind of on a whim. We didn’t really have much planning or prep – we just sat down and recorded us talking. For our first “season”, we didn’t even have a set structure, we just recorded whenever we felt like it.

Last year, we decided to actually put in some effort: we bought a table, some lighting, and an extra mic. We dialed in what we wanted things to look like and gave ourselves an actual recording “schedule”. Things felt so much more legit!

We decided to wrap Season 2 about midway through the summer and take a break. We had a bunch of traveling and other things on our calendars, so it was nice to step away for a little while.

And now, we’re back!
And we’re excited!
We have so many different ideas and things we want to try as we continue to tweak and adjust our setup and conversation to simply get better and better.
